My name, as you know, is Patty Contreras and I'm happy to share with you that I‘ve been involved from every angle of real estate within Southern California multiple times over the past 15 years; from personal buyer to investor to seller, and now over to the other side of the fence, as a full-service realtor in helping you and others, do all of the above and much more.

Having spent my entire life living in the Greater Los Angeles area and then moving to San Diego in 1995, you will see immediately that I'm a true blue Southern California gal who, to be perfectly honest, is "livin' the dream"!

My husband and our three kids keep me extremely grounded, even though they still call me a "workaholic", and my recent move to Coldwell Banker has absolutely been "the wind beneath my wings" with their incredible support and commitment to all of my clients.

It really is that important to work with people that mutually care about each other and foster each others' success. That support flows "forward", as clients tell me time and time again that the attention and detail that went into their home buying or selling experience with myself and my team was unprecedented.

I personally believe, that by being a working mother and wife alongside a career that I am absolutely passionate about, not only helps my family and my own personal growth, but also gives me that special perspective needed when it comes time to relate to my clients and their specific needs; as I've, more than likely, already experienced (several times) what you are about to go through!

I know the school systems intimately (probably too intimately!), as well as the different and very unique neighborhoods within all of Carmel Valley, Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar, Solana Beach and Santaluz.

There are dozens and dozens of wonderful little "nooks" that each shine with their very own personality and special features.

The trick is to find someone who knows these areas like the back of their hand, so that they can match you up perfectly with exactly what you desire.
