Patty helped me buy my first home, so I can’t compare her to other agents, but I can’t imagine finding anyone better! We were in constant contact throughout the entire process via phone, email, text message, etc, and she was even checking up on me while she was on vacation in Argentina!
Patty really understands the current market and was very helpful in explaining how short sales worked. And then when we found a great condo that wasn’t a short sale, she knew it would go fast, so she put together and submitted an offer for me on the same day it was listed, which also happened to be a Sunday!

She did a great job of putting together a complete offer package that really caught the seller’s eye and made her want to sell to me. I don’t think I would have beat out all the other offers without Patty. And once your offer is accepted, she doesn’t stop there – Patty has contacts in pretty much every aspect of home buying/ownership from mortgage brokers, to home inspectors, to contractors, and everything in between, so she will make sure that you not only get a good price, but great service!
