Patty helped me buy my first home, so I can't compare her to other agents, but I can't imagine finding anyone better! We were in constant contact throughout the entire process via phone, email, text message, etc, and she was even checking up on me while she was on vacation in Argentina!

And then when we found a great condo that wasn't a short sale, she knew it would go fast, so she put together and submitted an offer for me on the same day it was listed, which also happened to be a Sunday!

I don't think I would have beat out all the other offers without Patty.
